Start on your phone, continue on your laptop. ArkClaw's cloud architecture makes device switching seamless β here is how to set it up.
QClaw and DuClaw store data on the local device β switch devices and you start fresh. ArkClaw's assistant lives in ByteDance's cloud: every device is just a window into the same persistent entity. Same memory, same ongoing tasks, same conversation history β regardless of which device you are on.
On your phone, send: "Remember that I prefer oat milk in my coffee"
On your laptop, ask: "What kind of milk do I prefer?"
A correct answer confirms real-time sync is working end-to-end.
Messages from one device don't appear on another
Check that both devices have Real-time sync enabled (not just one). Try a manual sync trigger in Settings. Log out and back in to re-establish the sync connection.
Sync fails on corporate network or VPN
Enterprise networks often block cloud sync endpoints. Switch to mobile data or a personal hotspot to test. If it works on personal data, the corporate network is blocking ArkClaw β contact IT to whitelist the relevant endpoints.
